30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid PopVid Pro Membership is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If PopVid isn't the right fit for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll return your payment in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email info@wpopw.com from the address on your WpopW account and include your order number or the details of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason. We'll reply to confirm once your refund has been started.
What's eligible & how refunds are issued
The guarantee covers your purchase of a Pro Membership within the first 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount you actually paid. Any taxes, currency-conversion costs or fees added by your bank or card provider are outside our control.
Subscription renewals
Pro Memberships are yearly subscriptions that renew automatically so your sites stay licensed and keep receiving updates. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or by emailing us — cancelling stops all future charges. If an automatic renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll make it right.
After 30 days
Once the 30-day window has passed, memberships are non-refundable. You can still cancel renewal at any time to avoid future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the term you've already paid for.
Free edition
The free edition of PopVid is free and always will be. There's nothing to pay for it and therefore nothing to refund.
Chargebacks & disputes
If anything is wrong with a charge, please email us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your license being suspended while we investigate.
Affiliate commissions
When an order is refunded, any affiliate commission earned on that order is reversed, as described in our Affiliate Program Terms.
